ORDER

-        Select the product you are interested in.

-        On the product detail page, select your color choices, choose quantity and then press the “Add to Cart” button.

-        You can then choose if you wish to continue shopping or head on to Checkout.

-        Select a payment method COD

-        You can Check out by adding your relevant contact information.

-        On the Checkout page, you may enter your personal and shipping address.

-        You may enter any discount vouchers (if applicable) and review your order before selecting “Complete Order”.

-        You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your Order Number.

After you place your order on the website, an acknowledgement email or SMS will besent to you to confirm that your order has been placed. This will not, however, indicate if the order has been shipped. Also, our customer service representative will confirm your order via calling you directly.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a SMS from the courier company confirming your order delivery.

In case you are unable to track your order, you may email us at customer.care@zephyr.com.pk with the Order ID.

PAYMENT

Currently, the following payment methods are accepted:

Cash on Delivery

This option is available for customers throughout Pakistan. Using this option, you can pay cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of your order. Please ensure that you have the exact amount at hand since our delivery agents might not carry change/petty cash.

DELIVERY

It can be sent to an address selected by you (home or work) of your choice.

Currently you need to be in Pakistan to order our products; however we will be launching international deliveries via online payment methods very soon.

All orders willbe delivered by our courier partners within 3-5 working days within Pakistan for nationwide orders.

We will send you a SMS that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse), another with the tracking number (with a link to the courier's webpage) and lastly the courier will send you a text message or email to inform you of your delivery.

On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through email and SMS. You can log on to TCS website for local order, insert your Tracking ID and track your order or contact our Customer Care.

Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, country and area code is mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.

GENERAL INFORMATION

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from ZEPHYR, you will have the option of return/exchange it by courier. Kindly get in touch with our Customer Care for further information

We try to ensure that no incomplete order is shipped out. However, in case such a mishap does occur, you can get in touch with our Customer Care to identify this issue and we will rectify it at the earliest.

Order cancellation is dependent on whether or not it has been shipped. Send your order cancellation request to customer.care@zephyr.com.pk. If the order has been shipped, however, you may exchange the product in accordance with our Return policies.

We at ZEPHYR have the right to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item being out of stock, pricing errors.

If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.
